Class Access Ltd provided consultancy services for the restructuring and reform of the Medical Stores Department (MSD) in Tanzania. The project focused on improving supply chain management, financial strategies, logistics, and human resources to enhance efficiency. The team conducted a baseline survey, identified operational gaps, and proposed long-term solutions to strengthen the department’s functionality in line with national healthcare goals.
